By playing Zombie City you agree to these terms.

You need an account. It is yours alone, so keep it secure. You must be 13 or older.
Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs instead of reporting them, harass other players, or attack the servers. We can suspend accounts that do.
Death is permanent by design. We do not restore lost characters, gear or scores.
This is a live game. We may change it, reset cities, or shut it down, and we cannot promise your progress survives every change.
It is free and provided as-is, with no warranty and, as far as the law allows, no liability for lost progress or lost time.
What you write stays yours. The game itself, its code and its art, are ours.
You can delete your account at any time from the account screen. See the Privacy Policy for what that removes.
Governed by the laws of Brazil. This does not take away consumer rights you have where you live.
